We had fun watching these goats, they liked to jump on top of there houses and fight with each other.

It started to rain and even the goats were seeking cover.

These Chimps were hilarious, this one would stick his tongue out at us and the other one would clap and pat his belly

This is the safari ride we went on, we were able to feed breads to all this guys that just ran around in this large fenced in area. They were very neat.

Check this guy out, he's a z-donkey--a cross between a donkey and a zebra.

Not back to school picnic

We had a wonderful day at the park, lots of new friends and plenty of old ones. We stayed much longer then most of us planned on. We were all having such a great time.

Some of the tweens got into the cool water, the had a blast, the older (cool) kids stood at the bank and watched.

Hill Climb/ Eagle's Nest

Here is the awesome playground at Eagle's Nest made from natural materials, logs, rope, rock. Oh, to be a kid again.

Hill Climb

We went to Banner Elk this weekend to a hill climb. We had a friend that ran in this event in his #17 Cobra. He was just too fast for me to get his picture. But here are some other cars that ran this weekend.

Library at Eagle's Nest

The Library at Eagle's Nest, it was just amazing inside this place, all around the outside is a deck, with a fabulous view and sculptures all around it.
