Fort Frederica, St. Simons Island

We went to the town and Fort of Frederica today, I can imagine a quaint town in this area, but most of it is ruins. The live oak here are lovely. They even had citrus trees growing along what once would have been the roads of this small town. Kyle and Richard picked all they could put in there pockets, they want to make lemonade when they get back. There were also some pecan trees, but the nuts on the ground were rotten, so much be too early for them, that or I hear the pecan tree only produces every other year.
